How current are the rates shown?
The figures shown are entry-level guides captured when we assessed the property. Live pricing changes daily and should be verified at the source.
Who can use this website?
Our material is for adult readers exclusively. Visitors must meet the age of majority where they live, which is 21 in several of the markets we cover.
When were these assessments made?
Properties are reassessed when they renovate, change operator, or when reader reports suggest the published score no longer holds.
How do I report an error?
Please write to [email protected] with the property name and the detail you believe is wrong. Corrections that check out are applied and dated.
